How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Can I return a grill or smoker after it has been used?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Used grills and smokers are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping for sauces and rubs?
Currently, we ship our world-famous Kansas City seasonings and sauces to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding to other international destinations soon.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If your items are damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your wood pellets and charcoal 100% natural?
Yes, we pride ourselves on carrying only high-quality, 100% natural hardwood pellets and lump charcoal that contain no artificial fillers or chemical additives.
Do you provide assembly services for high-end smokers?
Local customers in the Kansas City area can opt for professional assembly and delivery for an additional fee. Please contact our showroom for scheduling and pricing.
