Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Kansas City distribution center and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
