Lambert's Sweet Rub O' Mine Roasted Garlic

This rub was created at the last minute to win a brisket ribbon at The American Royal World Series of BBQ. Boasting big garlic and pepper flavor but still has great finishing balance. Try it on beef, fish, chicken and of course pork.
