Layering flavors is a big deal in BBQ competition cooking as well as in the culinary industry. Chefs make every effort to layer flavors to please a person’s palate. We do the same with our Rib Candy flavors.
Like its habanero counterpart, our sweet Black Cherry Grape Rib Candy™ can’t hide the tartness of the black cherries, but we did boost them to a whole new layer when we added sweet grapes to the mix.
These two fruits combined never disappoint! It only takes a small amount to impart a lot of flavors to your food.
